The principal and staff at Quinn Design Associates come from diverse academic and professional backgrounds, including landscape architecture, architecture and urban design/master planning and have a wealth of invaluable international and domestic experience. BIO

John Quinn, BLA, O.A.L.A., C.S.L.A., I.F.L.A.
Principal

John Quinn has been practicing landscape architecture since 1981 and has been a principal in a number of partnership firms since 1987 before founding Quinn Design Associates Inc. in 2002. For over fifteen years, John has worked internationally and headed major landscape architecture projects in Canada, China, Europe, the Caribbean, Russia and Italy.

Currently as a principal of Quinn Design Associates Inc., John is directing landscape architecture projects in Aqaba, Jordan; Amman, Jordan; Cairo, Egypt; Venice, Italy; XemXija, Malta; and St. Petersburg, Russia.

John has developed a portfolio of work in the Greater Toronto area and throughout Ontario related to Hospital and Health Care facilities, Hospitality and Hotel development, Open Space Master Planning, Street Retail and Lifestyle projects as well as Office Commercial and Institutional work.

John holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and a Diploma in Horticulture and is a member of the Ontario Association of Landscape Architecture (O.A.L.A.) and the Canadian Society of Landscape Architects (C.S.L.A.) since 1984.
