Toronto, Ontario
This 135 unit residential complex sits on a 1.5 acre site overlooking the Don Valley providing fantastic views of the city of Toronto. QUINN designed a landscape that presents a park like setting in an urban context. The grounds are made up of a series of smaller spaces or landscape rooms including public plaza gardens, open greens, and naturalized slopes. QUINN designed a green wall as well as promenades and pathways lined with canopy trees shrubs and grasses. These promenades and pathways link the site elements and are banded at different angles in order to contrast the gardens and further animating the strolling experience through the property. QUINN also presented a roof top garden to the client.
