The winning scheme of a competition for the Bloor/Spadina Parkette with artists Susan Schelle and Mark Gomes from the City of Toronto Parks Department. Our scope of work included conceptual design, design development, working drawings and contract administration. The park includes a major piece of public art, ornamental grillwork for the TTC ventilation shafts, natural stone retaining walls, stone seating, walkways, planting and sodded areas. The work was coordinated with the construction of the Spadina LRT and adjacent roadwork.
