Caledon, Ontario
This plan was used as an alternative design to a developer's original proposal for a 50 acre site in a key gateway location to the Town of Caledon. The objective was to best integrate the planned community into the existing ravine and adjacent developments. Development potential was measured in three different layout schemes. An appropriate mix of marketable lots was designated by matching original proposed density with the existing urban fabric and with the Town's criteria.
