QUINN worked internationally in Amman, Jordan and Cairo, Egypt to design the landscape components for two high end resorts for Four Seasons Hotels. Particular attention was paid to layout, circulation, space, plantings, and view sheds. QUINN designed hard and soft landscape features, plazas, courtyards, water walls, fountains, atrium, and pools.The firm advised the client on critical decisions about layout, circulation, space, plantings, and view sheds. QUINN understands hotel and resort image, the idea of landmark, and how a hotel and resort need to fit into a context yet maintain an oasis-like presence.QUINN has been a key component of the development team have provided value-added service throughout the term of the project. Our scope of work included Conceptual Design, Design Development, Working Drawings, Tender Documents and Contact Administration.
