Quinn Design Associates has designed the landscape for the expansion of the Four Seasons International Headquarters. The site design establishes the presence of the project from the street edge and welcomes the visitor into a grand pedestrian and vehicular entry court. The courtyard extends into the building as an enclosed atrium. Materials and planting configurations established on the exterior are continued within the atrium space creating a year-round garden room. The arrangement of planting, water features, sculpture and paving in the atrium define spaces and direct circulation.
