QUINN was approached to design a residential balcony on the Toronto waterfront. The firm provided floor space that worked with an existing hot tub and overhead trellis. QUINN designed retractable privacy screens, balcony railing with transparent glass, perforated steel and built in stereo speakers, a rubberized play area, planted stone mulch borders, wood deck seating areas, and slate walkway.
