An infill multi family residential project located in the established residential neighborhood of Lawrence Park in Toronto. The project consists of five buildings ranging from five to seven stories architecturally scaled to define a Georgian inspired streetscape and surrounding urban environment. The landscape design for the project creates a series of detailed garden and courtyard spaces all linked by a network of walkways. Ground floor units have access to private entry courts and outdoor terrace space that are finely detailed in a gardenesque fashion within the overall landscape palate.
