The landscape design for the redevelopment and renovation of an existing office building in Toronto provided a generous forecourt for the main entrance to the building as well as reinforcement along the street edge with a double row of grouped trees. Our scope of work included the site plan design, approvals processing through the City of Toronto, site plan approval, the preparation of construction documents and contract administration.
