Quinn Design Associates have been involved in master planning a 30 acre waterfront property. This proposal strategically engages a city-wide waterfront renewal process and houses a significant and growing number of "resident-tourists". The adult lifestyle condominium community of over a 1000 units is surrounded by an open space network of promenades, planted buffers, bioswales and paths. These paths form a backbone for the different building phases. Nestled beside a marina, the site is also adjacent a Casino, the Tourism Board, hotels and a golf course. During this project QUINN has attracted partner developers on behalf of the developer client.
