QUINN was retained to design the site around a community housing building in Toronto designed by architects Alliance. The firm's scope included courtyard design planting, parking consultation, grading consultation, and roof top garden consultation. Special design consideration were given to the interface between the community housing Wellesley Central Park and the Wellesley Central Place Long Term Care Facility as well as pedestrian access from Sherbourne Street. QUINN's landscape design helped reinforce the building's street presence.
