Site development for Phase I of this 1000-unit residential development on the western beaches waterfront at the base of the Humber River watershed is well underway. A landscape garden is used to fully integrate the historic Sunnyside Beach, Grenadier Pond and the lush surroundings of High Park. Private porches and balconies overlook the park-belt boulevard of the Queensway. The scope of work includes master planning, detailed design and construction documents of this 15-acre, $5M waterfront development.
