QUINN worked with internationally renowned architect, Daniel Libeskind and the B+H Architectural team to provide landscape design and consulting service in restoring part of the heritage landscape of Queens Park Avenue as well as cresting a new arrival plaza off Bloor Street. Recalling the historic Tattle Creek riverbed, buried at the site years earlier, Quinn incorporated interpretive water elements within the overall plan connecting local history with the present.

QUINN also played an active role in successfully interfacing with neighboring institutional and community groups, including the University of Toronto and the Ontario Provincial Government on tree preservation and landscape open space issues. The firm's hands-on process expertise proved an invaluable asset as the major development moved through the necessary public and economic forums to fruition.
