The Villages, a retail development with a town centre feel, was inspired by pedestrian friendly planning, focusing on people first, rather than the automobile. As a forerunner to this innovative approach to new development in Canada it was created as a themed specialty retail environment. QUINN worked closely with the Architects and owners to deliver a human-scale environment sympathetic to the overall concept objectives.
